Is the online budget estimate my quotation?
No. Online and in-person estimates are an estimated investment to help you plan. An Auren designer then verifies dimensions, product availability and installation details before we issue your official quotation.
Do you only do whole houses?
Not at all. We design complete homes, but we’re just as happy to start with a single kitchen, bedroom or bathroom.
Where do your materials and furniture come from?
We source from trusted suppliers in Foshan, China, and manage shipping to Brunei for you. If you’re willing to wait for products to arrive, you’ll have far more choice for your project.
Do I need a floor plan to get started?
It helps, but it isn’t essential. Send us your floor plan or photos if you have them; otherwise we’ll arrange an on-site measurement.
Who carries out the building work?
We work with professional contractors and coordinate them on your behalf, so you have one point of contact for the whole project.
